Our Employees

 

EMPLOYEES

Our employees consist of highly skilled and professional C.N.A.’s and Homemakers, who are bonded and insured. They will provide care in the privacy of your home or facility. We hire experienced caregivers with at least 1-2 years of previous training. We do background checks and check references, both personal and professional. We provide in-house training as well as continuing education through seminars we offer. Our employees are trained to provide you with the highest level of care.

  • Our Caregivers come into our company with at least 1-2 years of health care experience.
  • We check all references both personal and professional.
  • A criminal background check is conducted on ALL applicants.
  • Each applicant must successfully pass a written test comparable to the State test.
  • Must successfully pass the skilled validation and skills observation test
  • Employees are required to take monthly in services that meet industry standards.
